Drum Rats Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Drum Rats! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in lessons and services provided by Drum Rats (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or attending lessons and/or services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Booking and Payment
- All lessons must be booked in advanced.
- Payment is due in full prior to the lesson, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Lesson fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.
2. Lesson Attendance and Cancellations
- Students must arrive on time for lessons. Late arrival does not entitle you to extended lesson time.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least [24/48] hours’ notice.
- Lessons canceled with less than [24/48] hours’ notice may be charged in full.
- In the event of teacher illness or emergency, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide a substitute instructor.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are only provided in cases where lessons are canceled by us and cannot be rescheduled.
- Prepaid lesson packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another student with our written approval.
4. Student Conduct
- Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and staff.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in lesson termination without refund.
- Children under age 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to and from lessons.
5. Health and Safety
- Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions or allergies.
- Students agree to follow any safety instructions provided by their instructor.
- Participation is at your own risk; Drum Rats is not liable for injuries sustained during lessons except in cases of proven negligence.
6. Intellectual Property
- All lesson materials, including videos, recordings, and written materials, are owned by Drum Rats and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
- You may record lessons for personal use only with instructor permission.
7. Privacy
- We respect your privacy and will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Contact details are used solely for scheduling and billing unless you opt in to marketing communications.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Except as required by law, Drum Rats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in lessons.
9. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in advance.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
